This is a fantastic opportunity to work for one of the UK’s retail banks offering a wide range of banking facilities to new and existing customers.
The role is working as a Customer Advisor based in branch, you will be working face to face providing a high level of customer service, meeting & greeting customers, dealing with queries efficiently and effectively, actively work in the cash and counter area of the bank, working within a team and working collectively to achieving branch targets. You will be required to use your people skills, let your personality shine through and ensure you are approachable, friendly and helpful at all times. This role will require you to build rapport with customers of the branch and influence effectively. This company does offer you a very clear career path and a dedicated training team to allow you to gain further qualifications and training.
All candidates will be required to pass a number of integrity checks including a credit & fraud check; you should also demonstrate your excellent customer service skills and/or sales experience and customer interaction and have worked to previous targets.
