This is a fantastic opportunity to work for a leading UK financial services company, this particular role is working within the Retail Banking arm of the company, offering a wide range of banking facilities to new and existing customers
Your role as Trainee Branch Manager will be to act as a ‘champion' to your team, using your initiative and previous banking & management experience. You will coach and develop your staff in sales practices and techniques to drive profitability, sales and meet goals in the branch. You will focus on meeting and exceeding your branch targets by coaching your colleagues to improve their product knowledge and selling skills. You'll also instill in your team a commitment to delivering the highest standards of customer service, while working closely with your manager to create a high-energy, high-performance culture within the branch.
You will be proactive in spreading the motivation and rewards across your team and as a manager you will need to look at ways to refocus your team's efforts and provide extra training where required.
