Recruitment Zone, the Scottish based recruitment solutions company, is placed among the highest in their industry in the prestigious Deloitte Technology Fast 500 EMEA
Edinburgh, UK, Nov 26, 2008 - Recruitment Zone today announced that it had won a place in the 2008 Deloitte Technology Fast 500 EMEA. Rankings are based on percentage revenue growth over the last 5 years. Recruitment Zone has grown significantly with the companies’ turnover doubling year on year excluding one year. Established by Andy Barton, David Bedford and Lisa Kwiecinska in January 1998, Recruitment Zone is now in the top 1% of recruitment companies in the UK, with offices based In Edinburgh, Bolton and London. Recruitment Zones Director, David Bedford attributes the staff as key to making the business a success he said

Technology Fast 500 EMEA selection and qualifications
The Technology Fast 500 list is compiled from Deloitte’s EMEA Technology Fast 50 programs, nominations submitted directly to the Fast 500, and public company database research. To qualify for the Fast 500, entrants must have had 2003 operating revenues of at least €50,000 and 2006 operating revenues of at least €800,000.
Entrants must also be public or private companies headquartered in EMEA and must be a “technology company,” defined as a company that owns proprietary technology that contributes to a significant portion of the company's operating revenues; or devotes a significant proportion of revenues to the research and development of technology. Using other companies' technology in a unique way does not qualify.
