Senior Quality Engineer/Manager- Salary 30-35k
Person Specification:
A qualified ENGINEER experienced at developing and implementing quality and business improvements to maximise production, profitability and customer service in an aerospace manufacturing environment. Must have good commercial awareness and excellent communication skills with the ability to establish and develop business relationships to provide growth in the company whilst maintaining quality standards. The role requires a self-motivated individual who is able to work without supervision and take effective decisions to minimise quality-related problems. Aerospace and machine shop environment/experience.

Qualifications/Experience Requirement
• Degree/HNC Engineering and/or Process Control Essential
• Equivalent professional qualification Essential
• Working knowledge of ISO Quality Management Systems Essential
and NADCAP
• Quality Management training including process flow charts and SPC Essential
• Awareness of Health & Safety Regulations Desirable
• Quality Auditor ISO QMS and Environmental Desirable
• Computer literate Desirable
• C.I. Techniques would be an advantage
Other requirements:
• Be responsible for the well-being and health and safety of fellow workers.
• Work within the guidelines set out in the Works Procedure Manual and the Quality Procedure Manual.
