Description:
Working with a world class Oil & Gas operator you will provide Content Management Business Analysis and Support for business functions located in Aberdeen. Delivering solutions and utilising CM software to provide integrated process and content management environments to meet and exceed business requirements.
Key Responsibilities
• Gathering, ranking and analysing business requirements to define high quality, effective Content Management Solutions
• Communicate solution vision and design to all stakeholders
• Preparation of project documentation in line with company standards
• Provision of support to the business as required and adhering to company incident management process
Essentials
• Degree qualified
• Project Management Certification
• EDRMS Training or Certification
• Solid experience as a Business Analyst with one or more DMS (Preferably Livelink)
• Substantial experience in IT (Preferably within Oil & Gas)
• Excellent business and technical analysis skills
