This role is for LONDON AND / OR BRISTOL:
The role is responsible for:
* Operational design (options appraisal, target operating model / architecture design, feasibility studies)
* Process modelling and business design
* Operational impact assessments (detailed analysis of current performance and forecasting future
* High-level training, learning and development needs: identification of any competency / capability / technical skills' needs and development of a people treatment plan
* Stakeholder engagement (including briefing; confirming change ownership; facilitating workshops and conference calls; presentations to design authorities etc.)
* Project management (must be self-sufficient in this area – ability to prioritise own work; track progress; raise and manage RAIDs etc.)
* Business design: target operating model, detailed business design work (covering forecasted operational volumes, work design, MI capability, 'to be' process maps for exceptions handling etc.)
* Operational and people impact assessments: overseeing the business' completion of impact assessment work on a per initiative basis; ownership for the Banking impact statement and bringing together an aggregrate 'bank-wide' view
* Where applicable, the development of a service agreement.Recruitment Zone acting as an employment business in regard to this advert.
